Hello,
I am about half way through a year long course in hypnotherapy and I am now treating case studies.
Two are going really well but the third is to stop an adult sucking their thumb. I have done the initial consultation and have a wealth of info about the Client but I am worried about putting together a script for this issue.
Does anyone know where I can get a script for this? I can then adjust it to suit my Client.

The issue is treated similarly to something like nail-biting, so I'd be surprised if there's not a script out there you could utilise.
However, it shouldn't be too difficult to come up with something. What do you think it is that you're struggling with?

Hi, I hope this reply isnt too late, basically use a pattern interrupt which can be done with suggestion, you can use the swich pattern, anchor if you relate it to the trigger, or 6 step reframe will do
